At AO Cycling we offer a range of science-based training plans that are bespoke to every individual to improve on the road, track MTB or cyclocross! Alongside that, we have onboard our mentor and co-founder Anna Henderson who currently rides for Lidl Trek WWT team.

Insight
Through Anna's links with the World Tour and general knowledge, we can offer insight that not many can provide. This, linked with a well-structured plan is a fantastic way to not only improve physically but have access to world-class knowledge, that will also improve race craft and being a better bike racer.
Consistency and Listening
At AO Cycling, consistency is the core of improving performance. Many athletes struggle with stringing together consistent training and a consistent lifestyle. We try and implement a way that the athlete can ensure they are on top of it all! We also listen to our athletes. 99% of the time if an athlete says they are tired or couldn't complete a session, most the time its either physical tiredness or mental tiredness. We listen and make sure that the athlete is heard!
